From Family Farm to Inc. 5000
When Tiffany purchased Bayside Sod from her father, Jack Bispham, in 2018, the company was generating around $2 million in annual revenue. Through her vision, determination, and a focus on customer satisfaction, she has grown it to more than $12 million, a sixfold increase in eight years, on the same fifth-generation family farm in Bradenton.
That growth has been noticed. In 2025 Bayside Sod was named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, proof that a company does not have to choose between rapid growth and exceptional service when it builds the right culture.

A Leader Beyond the Business
Tiffany’s impact extends well beyond the fields of the Bradenton farm. She serves as Chapter President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization of Tampa Bay, where she fosters collaboration and mentorship among business leaders throughout the region, and she is an active member of the Florida Turfgrass Producers, the Florida Turfgrass Association, and the Florida Nursery and Landscapers Association.
This is not the first time the Business Journal has taken notice. Tiffany was previously named a “40 Under 40” honoree by both the Tampa Bay Business Journal and The Business Observer, recognitions that marked her early impact as a next-generation leader in Southwest Florida.
