    For sod by the pallet, we confirm the variety, the quantity, and a delivery day. One pallet covers 400 square feet.

  3. Installation starts with a site visit

    An estimator measures the yard, checks access and what needs removing, and sends a written proposal you can sign online.

Our guarantee: installation customers pay nothing until they are completely satisfied with the install. Delivery and pickup customers who are unhappy with the sod on arrival get a replacement or a refund.
