Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form or place an order. By requesting delivery or installation at a property, you represent that you own the property or have authority to arrange the work there.
Quotes, Orders, and Guarantee
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are confirmed in writing before work begins. Sod is a perishable, living product and is cut for your order; please be available to receive and install it on the scheduled date. Our satisfaction guarantee is as stated on this website: if the quality of your sod disappoints you on arrival, we will replace it or refund your money, and installation customers make their final payment only once they are satisfied with the install. Claims about sod quality must be made before the sod is installed so that we can inspect it.
User Content
Our forms allow you to submit information about yourself and your property, including text and photos (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content you submit, including its accuracy and your right to share it. By submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of preparing your quote, performing the work, and communicating with you.
