We are thrilled to announce that Tiffany Bailey, CEO and majority owner of Bayside Sod Inc., has been named a 2026 BusinessWoman of the Year honoree by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. This prestigious recognition places Tiffany among a select class of 30 women — chosen from hundreds of nominations — who are shaping the future of business across the Tampa Bay region.

From Family Farm to Inc. 5000

When Tiffany purchased Bayside Sod from her father, Jack Bispham, in 2018, the company was generating around $2 million in annual revenue. Through her vision, determination, and an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction, she has grown the company to over $12 million in revenue — a six-fold increase in just eight years.

That growth hasn’t gone unnoticed. In 2025, Bayside Sod was named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, earning the Best Customer Satisfaction distinction — proof that you don’t have to choose between rapid growth and exceptional service. A Leader Beyond the Business

Tiffany’s impact extends well beyond the fields of our Bradenton farm. She currently serves as Chapter President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization of Tampa Bay, where she fosters collaboration and mentorship among business leaders throughout the region. She is also an active member of the Florida Turfgrass Producers, the Florida Turfgrass Association, and the Florida Nursery and Landscapers Association.
